FAQ：
1.Q: Are you the factory? Can you manufacture the Solenoid and Solenoid Valve product as we want?
A: Yes, We are the one-stop service factory with R&D along with ISO9001 2015 quality system manual standard. We offer Solenoid OEM&ODM service for concept design, function sample testing, plastic tooling, injection, metal processing tooling, metal stamping, internal laboratory and product assembling under.
2.Q: Do you accept the private label? If yes, what is the MOQ?
A: Yes, we accept the private label. The MOQ depends on the product situation. Some models, we have the stock in hands, we accept the small piece order. For each model’s situation, pls contact our sales people.
3.Q: Does the product has the certification and testing for the promotion?
A: For the metal parts, we offer the SGS report to meet the RoHS or REACH regulation. As for the final product, we will do the CE or other testing according to the project situation. As for the finish product, we do have CE,FCC and other necessary certification in hands.
4.Q: How about the normal lead time?
A1: For popular products in stock, we can send goods to the Customer within 7~14 working days.
A2: For some surface plating and injection product, the delivery time is 20~30 working days.
A3: For OEM/ODM order, the lead time is within 40~60 working days.
5.Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is different due to the destination and also the weight and volume of product. Once we know the product dimension and packing details, we can check with the shipping company for final cost within 3 days.
6.Q: How does your company do quality control?
A1: We have QC system and each product control manual according to the ISO 9001,2015 standards requirement.
A2: Before mass production, the golden samples will be sent to check and confirm the order by Customer. During production, product is needed to do the process checking, including key function test, appearance checking, product drop testing, safety testing, printing carton shipment Vibration testing and final shipment checking.
Dr. Solenoid is also welcomed the third part testing company to do the inspection in our factory for you.
7.Q: How to send the sample and who cover the cost?
A: For the sample cost, if we have in hands, we send it free of Charge but we don’t cover the International delivery cost. Customer need to pay the delivery cost or the freight by collection. If the sample need to make the new mold or need the engineer development, the cost need to be negotiation.
