Our product portfolio includes open-frame, tubular, push-pull, holding, latching, solenoid coils and rotary solenoids, as well as solenoid valves, automotive light actuators, solenoid locks and smart door lock components.
In addition to standard models, we specialize in customized and newly developed solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
We also provide dedicated, application-specific solenoid valve solutions for automotive systems, including lighting control and electromagnetic actuation applications.
Dr. Solenoid products are widely applied in automation equipment, smart door locks, household appliances, massage devices, textile machinery, banking equipment, power systems, robotics, smart toys, and medical instruments.
Manufacturing Strength
We operate two manufacturing facilities, located in Guangdong and Jiangxi Province, with a total production area of 8,000 square meters and a workforce of 120 employees.
Our workshops are equipped with 3 CNC machines, 12 injection molding machines (ranging from 50T to 500T), 8 metal stamping processing machines, and 6 fully integrated production lines.
All core technical staff and supervisors have over 10 years of experience in solenoid manufacturing. Over the past decade, we have successfully launched and mass-produced hundreds of solenoid models.
With efficient processes and stable capacity, we are capable of reliably supporting large-volume production and consistent delivery for long-term customer programs.

To ensure product reliability and consistency, we are equipped with comprehensive testing and validation capabilities, including dimensional inspection, electrical insulation and dielectric strength testing, force and response time measurement, endurance testing, and environmental validation such as salt spray testing.
Through systematic validation and test-bench-based evaluation, we continuously improve product performance and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.

Our Vision

Mr. Pan founded Tuole in Shanghai in 2007. Over the past 20 years, he has led the company’s strategic development, focusing on the design and manufacturing of solenoids and solenoid valves. Under his leadership, AST Solenoid has grown into a professional solenoid solution provider serving global markets.
Mr. Ma previously served as a Quality Manager at BYD, where he gained extensive experience in automotive-grade quality systems and product quality control. He joined Astsolenoid in 2022 and currently has over 4 years of specialized experience in solenoid product quality management, ensuring compliance with strict industrial and automotive standards.
With more than 20 years of experience in global project management and 5 years of hands-on experience in solenoid and solenoid valve project sales, Mr. Liang has a deep understanding of solenoid applications and customer requirements. His background as a project manager enables effective coordination between engineering, production, and international customers.
Guang Liu brings 15 years of hands-on sales experience in the solenoid and solenoid valve industry, working closely with well-known brand manufacturers across China. His deep understanding of OEM requirements, application-driven solutions, and local market dynamics plays a key role in expanding domestic business and supporting strategic customers.
